Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Undetectable Firearms 4
Reauthorization Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF THE UNDETECTABLE FIREARMS ACT 6
OF 1988 FOR 10 YEARS. 7
Section 2(f)(2) of the Undetectable Firearms Act of 8
1988 (18 U.S.C. 922 note) is amended by striking ‘‘35’’ 9
and inserting ‘‘45’’. 10
