Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Trust the Science 4
Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. REMOVING THE GRAY WOLF FROM THE LIST OF EN-1
DANGERED AND THREATENED WILDLIFE. 2
Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment 3
of this section, the Secretary of the Interior shall reissue 4
the final rule entitled ‘‘Endangered and Threatened Wild-5
life and Plants; Removing the Gray Wolf (Canis lupus) 6
From the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife’’ 7
and published on November 3, 2020 (85 Fed. Reg. 8
69778). 9
SEC. 3. NO JUDICIAL REVIEW. 10
Reissuance of the final rule under section 2 shall not 11
be subject to judicial review. 12
