Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE MIGHTY EIGHTH 3
AIR FORCE. 4
(a) D
ESIGNATION.—The National Museum of the 5
Mighty Eighth Air Force located at 175 Bourne Avenue, 6
Pooler, Georgia (or any successor location), is designated 7

as the official National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air 1
Force of the United States (referred to in this section as 2
the ‘‘National Museum’’). 3
(b) R
ELATION TONATIONALPARKSYSTEM.—The 4
National Museum shall not be included as a unit of the 5
National Park System. 6
(c) R
ULE OFCONSTRUCTION.—This section shall not 7
be construed to appropriate, or authorize the appropria-8
tion of, Federal funds for any purpose related to the Na-9
tional Museum. 10
