That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Con-3
sumer Financial Protection Bureau relating to ‘‘Small 4
Business Lending Under the Equal Credit Opportunity 5
Act (Regulation B)’’ (88 Fed. Reg. 35150), and such rule 6
shall have no force or effect. 7
