A BILL
To require the Director of the Bureau of Land Management
to withdraw a rule of the Bureau of Land Management
relating to conservation and landscape health.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. WITHDRAWAL OF BLM PROPOSED RULE. 3
The Director of the Bureau of Land Management— 4
(1) shall withdraw the proposed rule of the Bu-5
reau of Land Management entitled ‘‘Conservation 6
and Landscape Health’’ (88 Fed. Reg. 19583 (April 7
3, 2023)); and 8
