error in the definitions.

SECTION 1. AMENDMENTS TO THE CONTROLLED SUB-1
STANCES ACT. 2
Section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 3
U.S.C. 802) is amended— 4
(1) by redesignating paragraph (58) as para-5
graph (59); 6
(2) by redesignating the second paragraph des-7
ignated as paragraph (57) (relating to the definition 8
of ‘‘serious drug felony’’) as paragraph (58); and 9
(3) by moving paragraphs (57), (58) (as so re-10
designated), and (59) (as so redesignated) 2 ems to 11
the left. 12
