certain disclosures by registrants regarding exemptions
under the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as
amended.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Lobbying Disclosure 4
Improvement Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. REGISTRANT DISCLOSURE REGARDING FOREIGN 1
AGENT REGISTRATION EXEMPTION. 2
Section 4(b) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 3
(2 U.S.C. 1603(b)) is amended— 4
(1) in paragraph (6), by striking ‘‘; and’’ and 5
inserting a semicolon; 6
(2) in paragraph (7), by striking the period at 7
the end and inserting ‘‘; and’’; and 8
(3) by adding at the end the following: 9
‘‘(8) a statement as to whether the registrant is 10
exempt under section 3(h) of the Foreign Agents 11
Registration Act of 1938, as amended (22 U.S.C. 12
613(h)).’’. 13
