SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Youth Lead Act of 4
2024’’. 5

tension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 3
7630(d)(2)) is amended by striking ‘‘2023’’ and inserting 4
‘‘2029’’. 5
