Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives1
of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the 3
United States Fish and Wildlife Service relating to ‘‘En-4
dangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endan-5
gered Species Status for Northern Long-Eared Bat’’ (87 6
Fed. Reg. 73488 (November 30, 2022)), and such rule 7
shall have no force or effect. 8
