PUBLICATION BY U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PRO-1 TECTION OF OPERATIONAL STATISTICS. 2 Not later than the seventh day of each month begin-3 ning with the second full month after the date of the en-4 actment of this Act, the Commissioner of U.S. Customs 5 and Border Protection shall publish on a publicly available 6 website of the Department of Homeland Security informa-7 tion relating to the total number of alien encounters and 8 nationalities, unique alien encounters and nationalities, 9 gang affiliated apprehensions and nationalities, drug sei-10 zures, alien encounters included in the terrorist screening 11 database and nationalities, arrests of criminal aliens or in-12 dividuals wanted by law enforcement and nationalities, 13 known got aways, encounters with deceased aliens, alien 14 encounters and apprehensions affiliated with transnational 15 criminal organizations, and all other related or associated 16 statistics recorded by U.S. Customs and Border Protec-17 tion during the immediately preceding month. Each such 18 publication shall include the following: 19 (1) The total number of individuals included in 20 the terrorist screening database (as such term is de-21 fined in section 2101 of the Homeland Security Act 22 of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 621)) who have repeatedly at-23 tempted to cross unlawfully into the United States. 24 (2) The total number of individuals included in 25 the terrorist screening database who have been ap-26 VerDate Sep 11 2014 05:30 Mar 05, 2025 Jkt 059200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H1079.IH H1079 kjohnson on DSK7ZCZBW3PROD with $$_JOB 3 •HR 1079 IH prehended, including information relating to whether 1 such individuals were released into the United States 2 or removed. 3 (3) The total number of individuals affiliated 4 with transnational criminal organizations who have 5 repeatedly attempted to cross unlawfully into the 6 United States. 7 (4) The total number of individuals affiliated 8 with transnational criminal organizations who have 9 been apprehended, including information relating to 10 whether such individuals were released into the 11 United States or removed. 12 SEC. 3.
