Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Nobody Elected Elon 4
Musk Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS AGAINST FEDERAL GOVERN-1
MENT RELATED TO DEPARTMENT OF GOV-2
ERNMENT EFFICIENCY ACTIVITIES. 3
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the spe-4
cial Government employee (as that term is defined in sec-5
tion 202(a) of title 18, United States Code) managing or 6
otherwise in charge of the Department of Government Ef-7
ficiency (or any successor thereof) within the Executive 8
Office of the President shall be liable for any claim against 9
the Federal Government relating to activities of the De-10
partment, including claims brought as a result of violation 11
of Federal labor laws, data privacy laws, threats to na-12
tional or domestic security, Federal appropriations laws, 13
or any other statutes. 14
