REPORTING ON STATE LONG-TERM CARE OMBUDS-1 MAN PROGRAMS. 2 Chapter 2 of subtitle A of title VII of the Older Amer-3 icans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3058f et seq.) is amended 4 by adding at the end the following: 5 ‘‘SEC. 714.
