SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Fix FEDVIP Age 4
Act’’. 5

UNDER AGE 26. 2
Section 8901(5) of title 5, United States Code, is 3
amended by striking ‘‘22’’ each place it appears and in-4
serting ‘‘26’’. 5
