Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Abolish the ATF Act’’. 4
SEC. 2. ABOLISHMENT OF THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TO-5
BACCO, FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES. 6
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Ex-7
plosives is hereby abolished. 8
