Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON FUNDING FOR FOOD AND 3
DRUG ADMINISTRATION RULE RELATING TO 4
MEDICAL DEVICES; LABORATORY DEVEL-5

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Fed-7
