Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘SBA Disaster Trans-4
parency Act’’. 5

Section 12091 of the Small Business Disaster Re-3
sponse and Loan Improvements Act of 2008 (15 U.S.C. 4
636k) is amended— 5
(1) in subsection (a)— 6
(A) in paragraph (1), by inserting ‘‘and 7
publish on the website of the Administration’’ 8
after ‘‘Representatives’’; and 9
(B) in paragraph (2), in the matter pre-10
ceding subparagraph (A), by inserting ‘‘and 11
published’’ after ‘‘submitted’’; 12
(2) in subsection (b)— 13
(A) in paragraph (1), by inserting ‘‘and 14
publish on the website of the Administration’’ 15
after ‘‘Representatives’’; and 16
(B) in paragraph (2), in the matter pre-17
ceding subparagraph (A), by inserting ‘‘and 18
published’’ after ‘‘submitted’’; 19
(3) in subsection (c)— 20
