Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Strengthening Amer-4
ica’s Turning Point Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. SARATOGA NATIONAL BATTLEFIELD PARK. 6
(a) R
EDESIGNATION.—Saratoga National Historical 7
Park shall hereafter be known and designated as ‘‘Sara-8
toga National Battlefield Park’’. 9

(b) REFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-1
ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United 2
States to Saratoga National Historical Park shall be 3
