INCLUSION OF CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDU-1 CATION. 2 (a) D EFINITION.—Section 3 of the Small Business 3 Act (15 U.S.C. 632) is amended by adding at the end the 4 following new subsection: 5 ‘‘(gg) C AREER ANDTECHNICALEDUCATION.—The 6 term ‘career and technical education’ has the meaning 7 given the term in section 3 of the Carl D.
