Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Criminal Illegal Alien 4
Report Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. REPORT ON CRIMES COMMITTED BY RECIPIENTS 1
OF PAROLE UNDER THE IMMIGRATION AND 2
NATIONALITY ACT. 3
Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment 4
of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall sub-5
mit to Congress a report on number of individuals who 6
are present in the United States pursuant to a grant of 7
parole under the Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nica-8
raguans, and Venezuelans or any other grant of parole 9
under section 212(d)(5) of the Immigration and Nation-10
ality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(d)(5)) who have committed 11
crimes in the United States, including the nationalities of 12
such individuals, and any ties of such individuals to terror-13
ists and transnational criminal groups. 14
