private entity that operates or controls an injection cen-
ter in violation of section 416 of the Controlled Sub-
stances Act (21 U.S.C. 856; commonly referred to as
the ‘‘Crack House Statute’’).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Defund Heroin Injec-4
tion Centers Act of 2025’’. 5
