To authorize additional district judgeships for the districts
of Colorado and Idaho.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Rocky Mountain 4
Judgeship Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGESHIPS FOR THE DIS-6
TRICTS OF COLORADO AND IDAHO. 7
(a) C
OLORADO.—The President shall appoint, by and 8
with the advice and consent of the Senate, 2 additional 9
district judges for the district of Colorado. 10

(b) IDAHO.—The President shall appoint, by and 1
with the advice and consent of the Senate, 1 additional 2
district judges for the district of Idaho. 3

ECHNICAL ANDCONFORMINGAMENDMENTS.— 4
The table in section 133(a) of title 28, United States 5
Code, is amended— 6
(1) by striking the item relating to Colorado 7
and inserting the following: 8
‘‘Colorado ........................................................................................ 9’’; and
(2) by striking the item relating to Idaho and 9
inserting the following: 10
‘‘Idaho ............................................................................................. 3’’.
SEC. 3. COLORADO.

Section 85 of title 28, United States Code, is amend-12
ed by striking ‘‘and Sterling’’ and inserting ‘‘Sterling, and 13
Fort Collins’’. 14
