A BILL 
To prohibit United States contributions to the United Na-
tions International Organization for Migration (IOM), 
the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees 
(UNHCR), and the United Nations Relief and Works 
Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East 
(UNRWA), and for other purposes. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Tax Dollars for 2
the United Nation’s Immigration Invasion Act’’. 3
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION. 4
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Fed-5
eral Government may not make a contribution to the 6
United Nations International Organization for Migration 7
(IOM), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refu-8
gees (UNHCR), or the United Nations Relief and Works 9
Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East 10
(UNRWA). 11
SEC. 3. GAO STUDY, AUDIT, AND REPORT. 12
(a) S
TUDY.—The Comptroller General of the United 13
States shall conduct— 14
(1) a study to— 15
(A) identify all Federal assistance pro-16
grams that provide funds in the form of grants 17
or loans to the United Nations IOM, UNHCR, 18
and UNRWA, including a list of all nongovern-19
mental organizations that received funding 20
under such programs; 21
(B) for each of fiscal years 2021 through 22
2025, identify the total amount of funds pro-23
vided to IOM, UNHCR, and UNRWA, includ-24
ing the amount provided under each Federal as-25

sistance program identified under paragraph 1
(1); 2
(C) identify any restrictions under each 3
Federal assistance program identified under 4
paragraph (1) regarding such funding; and 5
(D) assess and specify the amount of funds 6
IOM, UNHCR, and UNRWA should repay to 7
the United States Government; and 8
(2) an audit of the Department of State’s Ref-9
ugee Travel Loan Program. 10
(b) R
EPORT.—Not later than 180 days after the date 11
of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall 12
submit to Congress a report that contains the results of 13
the study and audit required by subsection (a). 14
