SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Guarding Religious 4
And Career Education Act’’ or the ‘‘GRACE Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. ELIMINATION OF OFFICE OF ENFORCEMENT. 6
The Secretary of Education, acting through the chief 7
operating officer for the Office of Federal Student Aid, 8
shall eliminate the Office of Enforcement (as established 9
pursuant to the electronic announcement entitled ‘‘(GEN-10
