To establish ‘‘Golden Sea Bream’’ as an acceptable market
name for Stenotomus chrysops.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. GOLDEN SEA BREAM AS ACCEPTABLE MARKET 3
NAME. 4
A food shall not be treated as misbranded, adulter-5
ated, or otherwise in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, 6
and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.) because the food 7
is labeled or marketed using the name ‘‘Golden Sea 8
Bream’’ for the species Stenotomus chrysops. 9
