Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Pay Our Border Patrol 4
and Customs Agents Act of 2025’’. 5

SEC. 2. PAYMENT OF SALARIES OF CERTAIN CBP EMPLOY-1
EES WORKING DURING A GOVERNMENT 2
SHUTDOWN. 3
There are appropriated for fiscal year 2025, out of 4
any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, 5
such sums as are necessary to pay, during any period of 6
a lapse in discretionary appropriations during such fiscal 7
year beginning on or after the date of the enactment of 8
this section, the salaries and expenses of any Agents of 9
the U.S. Border Patrol and officers of the Office of Field 10
Operations within U.S. Customs and Border Protection 11
excepted from furlough during such lapse. 12
