based outpatient clinic in Las Cruces, New Mexico, the
‘‘Las Cruces Bataan Memorial Clinic’’.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Las Cruces Bataan 4
Memorial Clinic Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. NAME OF DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS 6
COMMUNITY-BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC, 7
LAS CRUCES, NEW MEXICO. 8
The Department of Veterans Affairs community- 9
based outpatient clinic in Las Cruces, New Mexico, shall, 10

after the date of the enactment of this Act, be known and 1
designated as the ‘‘Las Cruces Bataan Memorial Clinic’’. 2
Any reference to such clinic in any law, regulation, map, 3
document, record, or other paper of the United States 4
shall be considered to be a reference to the Las Cruces 5
Bataan Memorial Clinic. 6
