Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Diesel Emissions Re-4
duction Act of 2025’’. 5

TION ACT. 2
Section 797(a) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 3
U.S.C. 16137(a)) is amended by striking ‘‘2024’’ and in-4
serting ‘‘2029’’. 5
