Preventing Unjust Red Flag Laws Act of 2023 This bill prohibits the use of federal funds to implement or enforce red flag laws. The term red flag law means a risk-based, temporary, and preemptive protective order that authorizes the removal of a firearm without due process.
To prohibit offices of the legislative branch from using Federal funds to acquire or display any flag or pennant other than the flag of the United States, the flag or pennant of any State or territory or possession of the United States, or the POW-MIA flag.
Old Glory Only Act This bill prohibits the flying of any flag other than the U.S. flag over U.S. diplomatic and consular posts.

Miranda's Law Miranda Vargas School Bus Driver Red Flag Act
To establish Federal policies and procedures to notify the next-of-kin or other emergency contact upon the death, or serious illness or serious injury, of an individual in Federal custody, to provide model policies for States, units of local government, and Indian Tribes to implement and enforce similar policies and procedures, and for other purposes.
Federal Lands Amplified Security for the Homeland (FLASH) Act
Injunctive Authority Clarification Act of 2023 This bill prohibits federal courts from issuing injunctive orders that bar enforcement of a federal law or policy against a nonparty, unless the nonparty is represented by a party in a class action lawsuit.
Protect the UNBORN (Undo the Negligent Biden Orders Right Now) Act or the Protect the UNBORN Act This bill prohibits federal implementation of and funding for specified executive orders that address access to reproductive health care services, including services related to pregnancy or the termination of a pregnancy.
