Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Scarper Ridge Golden 4
Gate National Recreation Area Boundary Adjustment 5
Act’’. 6
SEC. 2. SCARPER RIDGE BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT. 7
Section 2(a)(2) of Public Law 92–589 (16 U.S.C. 8
460bb–1(a)(2)) is amended by adding at the end the fol-9
