RIDGE.—Great Falls Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge at 6
Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park shall here-7
after be known and designated as ‘‘Bill Pascrell, Jr. Sce-8
nic Overlook Trail Bridge’’. 9

VERLOOKPARK.—Overlook Park at Paterson 10
Great Falls National Historical Park shall hereafter be 11
known and designated as ‘‘Bill Pascrell, Jr. Overlook 12
Park’’. 13
(c) R
EFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-14
ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United 15
States to— 16
(1) Great Falls Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge 17
shall be deemed to be a reference to Bill Pascrell, 18
Jr. Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge; and 19
(2) Overlook Park shall be deemed to be a ref-20
erence to Bill Pascrell, Jr. Overlook Park. 21
