SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stop Environmental 4
Calculations Act of 2025’’ or the ‘‘SEC Act of 2025’’. 5

Section 23 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 4
