To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to repeal 
an exception to the terrorism-related ground for inadmis-
sibility, and for other purposes. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stop Importing Ter-4
rorism Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. REPEAL OF EXCEPTION TO TERRORISM-RELATED 6
GROUND OF INADMISSIBILITY. 7
(a) I
NGENERAL.—Clause (ii) of section 8
212(a)(3)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 9
U.S.C. 1182(a)(3)(B)) is repealed. 10

(b) DEPORTABILITY OFALIENSADMITTEDPURSU-1
ANT TOEXCEPTION.—Any alien who was admitted to the 2
United States pursuant to clause (ii) of section 3
212(a)(3)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 4
U.S.C. 1182(a)(3)(B)) during the period beginning on 5
January 20, 2021, and ending on the date of enactment 6
of this Act, is deportable. 7
