Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Youth Lead Act’’. 4

SEC. 2. GRANTS FOR YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS. 1
Section 410(d) of the Agricultural Research, Exten-2
sion, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 3
7630(d)) is amended— 4
(1) by striking ‘‘and’’ at the end of paragraph 5
(1); 6
(2) by striking the period at the end of para-7
graph (2) and inserting ‘‘; and’’; and 8
(3) by adding at the end the following: 9
‘‘(3) $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 10
through 2030.’’. 11
