SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Long Island Sound 4
Restoration and Stewardship Reauthorization Act of 5
2025’’. 6

(a) L
ONGISLANDSOUNDGRANTS.—Section 119(h) 3
of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 4
1269(h)) is amended by striking ‘‘2019 through 2023’’ 5
and inserting ‘‘2025 through 2029’’. 6
(b) L
ONGISLANDSOUNDSTEWARDSHIPGRANTS.— 7
Section 11(a) of the Long Island Sound Stewardship Act 8
of 2006 (33 U.S.C. 1269 note; Public Law 109–359) is 9
amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by strik-10
ing ‘‘2019 through 2023’’ and inserting ‘‘2025 through 11
2029’’. 12
(c) T
ECHNICALAMENDMENT.—Section 119(g) of the 13
Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1269(g)) 14
is amended by redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph 15
(3). 16
