Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Justice for Rape Sur-4
vivors Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. MANDATORY MINIMUMS FOR SEXUAL ABUSE. 6
(a) A
GGRAVATEDSEXUALABUSE.—Section 2241 of 7
title 18, United States Code, is amended— 8
(1) in subsection (a), by striking ‘‘imprisoned 9
for any term of years or life,’’ and inserting ‘‘impris-10
oned for not less than 30 years or for life,’’; and 11

United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘imprisoned 5
for any term of years or for life’’ and inserting ‘‘impris-6
