Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Taxpayer Funding 4
for the World Health Organization Act’’. 5

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, effective 4
on the date of the enactment of this Act, the United States 5
may not provide any assessed or voluntary contributions 6
to the World Health Organization. 7
