Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. NULLIFICATION OF PRESIDENTIAL MEMO-3
RANDA ON THE WITHDRAWAL OF CERTAIN 4
AREAS OF THE OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF. 5
The following Presidential memoranda shall have no 6
force or effect: 7
