SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Subterranean Border 4
Defense Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. ANNUAL REPORTS ON COUNTER ILLICIT CROSS- 6
BORDER TUNNEL OPERATIONS. 7
