SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protecting School Milk 4
Choices Act of 2025’’. 5

SEC. 2. TYPES OF MILK OFFERED UNDER THE SCHOOL 1
LUNCH PROGRAM. 2
Section 9(a)(2)(A) of the Richard B. Russell National 3
School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1758(a)(2)(A)) is amend-4
ed— 5
(1) by striking clause (ii); 6
(2) by redesignating clause (iii) as clause (iv); 7
and 8
(3) by inserting after clause (i) the following: 9
‘‘(ii) shall offer students flavored and 10
unflavored fluid milk; and 11
‘‘(iii) may offer students lactose-free 12
fluid milk; and’’. 13
