Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 11246 TI-3
TLED ‘‘EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY’’. 4
Executive Order 11246 titled ‘‘Equal Employment 5
Opportunity’’, signed on September 24, 1965 (30 Fed. 6
Reg. 12319; relating to nondiscrimination in government 7
employment and in employment by government contrac-8
tors and subcontractors) shall have the full force and ef-9
fect of law. 10
