title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by
the National Park Service relating to ‘‘Glen Canyon Na-
tional Recreation Area: Motor Vehicles’’.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives1
of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Na-3
tional Park Service of the Department of the Interior re-4
lating to ‘‘Glen Canyon National Recreation Area: Motor 5
Vehicles’’ (90 Fed. Reg. 2621), and such rule shall have 6
no force or effect. 7
