JOINT RESOLUTION
Providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed li-
cense amendment for the export to Israel of certain
defense articles and services.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives1
of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
That the issuance of a license amendment to export with 3
respect to the following proposed export to Israel is pro-4
hibited: 5
(1) The export of the following defense articles 6
and defense services described in Transmittal No. 7
DDTC 24–052, which was submitted to Congress 8

pursuant to section 36(c) of the Arms Export Con-1
trol Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(c)) and communication of 2
which was published in the Congressional Record on 3
February 10, 2025 (Executive Communication 337): 4
Boeing Direct Attack Weapons (Joint Direct Attack 5
Munition (JDAM) variants and Small Diameter 6
Bomb (SDB) Increment I variants) for end-use by 7
the Israeli Ministry of Defense. The amendment au-8
thorizes the transfer of 15,500 additional JDAM tail 9
kits and an additional 615 SDBs to the Israeli Min-10
istry of Defense. 11
