Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives1
of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
That pursuant to section 202 of the National Emergencies 3
Act (50 U.S.C. 1622), the national emergency declared by 4
the finding of the President on February 1, 2025, in Exec-5
utive Order 14193 (25 Fed. Reg. 02406), is hereby termi-6
nated. 7
