RESOLUTION
Of inquiry requesting the President and directing the Sec-
retary of the Treasury to transmit, respectively, certain
documents to the House of Representatives relating to
the Department of Government Efficiency’s access to
the Treasury payment systems and confidential taxpayer
information.
Resolved, That the President of the United States is 1
requested, and the Secretary of the Treasury is directed, 2
to transmit, to the extent that such documents are in the 3
possession of the President or the Secretary, to the House 4

of the adoption of this resolution, copies of any document, 2
record, audio recording, memorandum, call log, cor-3
respondence (electronic or otherwise), activity logs, audit 4
trails, audit logs, written agreements, or other commu-5
nication or any portion of any such communication, that 6
refers or relates to the following: 7
(1) Access to, or usage of, the Treasury pay-8
ment systems by the Department of Government Ef-9
ficiency (hereafter referred to as ‘‘DOGE’’), Elon 10
Musk, or any member of his team. 11
(2) Access to, or usage of, confidential tax re-12
turns or return information (within the meaning of 13
section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, 14
and including, but not limited to, social security 15
numbers, names, addresses, type of tax, tax year, 16
and tax debt owed) by DOGE, Elon Musk, or any 17
member of his team. 18
(3) Screenshots taken of Treasury payment sys-19
tems data or records by DOGE, Elon Musk, or any 20
member of his team. 21
