and providing for consideration of the joint resolution
(S.J. Res. 11) providing for congressional disapproval
under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the
rule submitted by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Manage-
ment relating to ‘‘Protection of Marine Archaeological
Resources’’.
Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it 1
shall be in order to consider in the House the joint resolu-2
tion (H.J. Res. 42) providing for congressional dis-3
approval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, 4
of the rule submitted by the Department of Energy relat-5
ing to ‘‘Energy Conservation Program for Appliance 6
Standards: Certification Requirements, Labeling Require-7
ments, and Enforcement Provisions for Certain Consumer 8
Products and Commercial Equipment’’. All points of order 9
against consideration of the joint resolution are waived. 10
The joint resolution shall be considered as read. All points 11
