Committee on Oversight and Government Reform RESOLUTION
Of inquiry requesting the President to transmit certain docu-
ments to the House of Representatives relating to the
conflicts of interest of Elon Musk and related informa-
tion.
Resolved, That the President is requested to transmit, 1
to the extent that such documents are in the possession 2
of the President, to the House of Representatives, not 3
later than 14 days after the adoption of this resolution, 4
in a complete and unredacted form, a copy of any docu-5

other communication that refers or relates to— 2
(1) Elon Musk and his role, official or nonoffi-3
cial, with the Federal Government; 4
(2) any realized or perceived conflict of interest 5
Elon Musk may have related to his role with the 6
United States DOGE Service (commonly referred to 7
as the ‘‘Department of Government Efficiency’’ or 8
‘‘DOGE’’), any DOGE agency team, or any other 9
government or pseudo-government entity; 10
(3) any Elon Musk-owned, -managed, -licensed, 11
or -controlled corporations, partnerships, limited li-12
ability companies, limited partnerships, or ventures, 13
or entity on which Elon Musk serves on the board 14
of directors; or 15
(4) any Federal Government contract involving 16
any Elon Musk-owned, -managed, -licensed, or -con-17
trolled corporations, partnerships, limited liability 18
companies, limited partnerships, or ventures, or enti-19
ty on which Elon Musk serves on the board of direc-20
