RESOLUTION
Of inquiry requesting the President of the United States
to furnish certain information to the House of Represent-
atives relating to the operations of the Social Security
Administration after January 20, 2025, including infor-
mation on the Department of Government Efficiency’s
access to the Social Security Administration and to infor-
mation in the possession of such Administration.
Resolved, That the President of the United States is 1
requested to furnish the House of Representatives, not 2

later than 14 days after the date of adoption of this reso-1
lution, copies of any document, record, audio recording, 2
memorandum, call log, correspondence (electronic or oth-3
erwise), audit trails and audit logs, written agreements, 4
or other communication in his possession, or any portion 5
of any document, record, audio recording, memorandum, 6
call log, correspondence (electronic or otherwise), or other 7
communication, that refers or relates to the following: 8
(1) Access to, or usage of, the Social Security 9
Administration’s information technology systems (in-10
cluding systems used by the Administration to issue 11
and record social security account numbers, record 12
wages and earnings from self-employment, determine 13
eligibility for benefits, pay benefits, or to allow the 14
public to access information or services from the Ad-15
ministration) by the Department of Government Ef-16
ficiency (hereafter referred to as ‘‘DOGE’’), Elon 17
Musk, any member of his team, or any individual co-18
ordinating with the DOGE. 19
(2) Visits to Social Security Administration of-20
fices by the DOGE, Elon Musk, or any member of 21
his team. 22
(3) Alignment and compliance by the Social Se-23
curity Administration with Executive Orders 14148, 24
14151, 14160, 14168, 14170, and 14171 of Janu-25

of enactment of this resolution. 9
(5) The number of calls per day and visitors 10
per day to Social Security Administration field of-11
fices and card centers, for days after January 20, 12
2025, through the date of enactment of this resolu-13
tion. 14
(6) The closure or consolidation of offices of the 15
Social Security Administration, including field of-16
fices, card centers, and hearing offices, occurring in 17
2025. 18
(7) Reduction in staff at the Social Security 19
Administration, including at field offices, hearing of-20
fices, teleservice centers, processing centers, work 21
support units, and other offices, occurring in 2025. 22
