A BILL
To make aliens who are holders of a passport issued by
the Palestinian Authority ineligible for visas, admission,
or parole into the United States.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLES. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Guaranteeing Aggres-4
sors Zero Admission Act’’ or the ‘‘GAZA Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. INELIGIBILITY FOR VISAS, ADMISSION, OR PAROLE. 6
An alien who is holder of a passport issued by the 7
Palestinian Authority— 8
(1) is inadmissible to the United States; 9

(2) is ineligible to receive a visa or other docu-1
mentation to enter the United States; and 2
(3) is otherwise ineligible to be admitted or pa-3
roled into the United States or to receive any other 4
benefit under the Immigration and Nationality Act 5
(8 U.S.C. 1101 et seq.). 6
