partment of Veterans Affairs in Las Cruces, New Mex-
ico, the ‘‘Las Cruces Bataan Memorial Clinic’’.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Las Cruces Bataan 4
Memorial Clinic Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. NAME OF DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS 1
COMMUNITY-BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC IN 2
LAS CRUCES, NEW MEXICO. 3
(a) N
AME.—The community-based outpatient clinic 4
of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Las Cruces, New 5
Mexico, shall after the date of the enactment of this Act 6
be known and designated as the ‘‘Las Cruces Bataan Me-7
morial Clinic’’. 8
(b) R
EFERENCE.—Any reference in any law, regula-9
tion, map, document, paper, or other record of the United 10
States to the clinic referred to in subsection (a) shall be 11
considered to be a reference to the Las Cruces Bataan 12
Memorial Clinic. 13
