To require the Director of the United States Fish and Wild-
life Service to reissue a final rule removing the gray
wolf from the list of endangered and threatened wildlife
under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. REISSUANCE OF RULE REMOVING THE GRAY 3
WOLF FROM THE LIST OF ENDANGERED AND 4
THREATENED WILDLIFE. 5
(a) I
NGENERAL.—Not later than 60 days after the 6
date of enactment of this Act, the Director of the United 7
States Fish and Wildlife Service shall reissue the final rule 8

OJUDICIALREVIEW.—Reissuance of the final 5
rule described in subsection (a) shall not be subject to ju-6
dicial review. 7
